Our zesty, bright oregano buds come from Turkey, where they have to be picked by hand just before they open into oregano flowers. These tiny, pinecone-shaped buds have everything we love about oregano, but with a particularly beautiful spicy, hoppy twist. Crumble into salad dressings, sprinkle over pasta and pizza, use in roast chicken and meat marinades, or sneak them into your grilled cheese. These buds will quickly become a pantry staple.

Gin-Tonic with Turkish Oregano Buds
Difficult to use due to faulty grinder.
…but damn glad you do, B&B. This oregano is the latest example of why I’m the self-appointed president of the B&B fan club. Once I overcame my confusion w the grinder situ (don’t expect soft oregano buds to grind like peppercorns), I was thrilled for it to give way to such glorious, fragrant, ***** flavor. Keep up the fantastic work, B&B!
I have been using B&B for about two years now and the Turkish Oregano Buds, one of my first purchases has never left my dining table. Along with all the grinder peppers, and a couple of B &B chili's I just keep them out in easy reach and look for reasons to use them as much as possible! Serious flavor bomb!
The oregano was terrific. This is the first purchase I made with the self-grinder top. I had some trouble with the packaging. The cap was wrapped in clear plastic that was difficult to see and then it was double sealed under the twist off cap. My learning curve! Otherwise, your products are great and I love that you give information about the origin of the spice/herb.
The oregano buds smell fantastic but I have been unable to use them because the grinder in which they arrived doesn't work. I used to have a mortar and pestle but I don't know where they are. So your oregano is just sitting in my cupboard.
