Our Za'atar Collection has the three single origin spices that make up the middle eastern blend by the same name. You can use these spices individually or combine them into your own DIY za'atar. Start with 2 parts thyme, 1 part sumac, 1 part sesame and adjust from there. The collection comes packed beautifully in a gift box.

Our spectacular cured sumac is grown in Gaziantep, Turkey, where instead of being dried, it’s chopped and packed in salt to preserve it.
