We've spent the past few months working with Bon Appétit's Test Kitchen team to create the ultimate grilling blend. Many, many iterations later, we're excited to share our brand-new Spicy & Smoky Grilling Rub.
The one-two punch from chipotle and fiery black pepper is balanced by the bright herbal notes from coriander and fennel, and Urfa chili adds fruity depth. It strikes the perfect balance between smoky, savory, and herbal notes rounded out by a medium heat.
Use it as a rub for ribs, chicken, beef, tofu or mushrooms, and watch it crisp up nicely on the grill or in your oven. Add a teaspoon of brown sugar per tablespoon of rub for an extra-deep caramel crust or mix with olive oil for a wet rub.
