Great taste and right amount of heat

Bright flavor!
I love the Red Jalapeno flakes so much that I'm now giving some as gifts. It's a beautiful bright flavor with just the right amount of heat. I've used this in a few dishes, but the most interesting addition was to mushroom & shallot quiche. It certainly elevated the dish!
