Our Sun-Dried Tomato Ziti is made in collaboration with the fine folks at Sfoglini. They used the new harvest of our umami-packed Sun-Dried Tomato Powder and organic North American durum semolina wheat flour to craft this rich, flavor-packed ziti, which they extrude on bronze dies and slow-dry for the ultimate toothsome texture.

Cooking tips
Cook in four quarts of boiling salted water for 7–8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reserve a few tablespoons of pasta cooking water to add to your sauce.
Sfoglini pastas are made with organic grains grown on North American farms which are always milled in the US, bronze die extruded and slow dried (that good Italian way), and made and packaged with a whole lot of care in New York’s Hudson Valley. It’s all quality from the field to the bowl.
