Our zesty, bright oregano buds come from Turkey, were they are picked by hand just before they open into oregano flowers. These tiny, pinecone-shaped buds have a spicy, hoppy twist. Crumble into salad dressings, sprinkle over pasta and pizza, use in roast chicken and meat marinades, or sneak them into your grilled cheese. These buds will quickly become a pantry staple.

The grinder cap needs work
The oregano is marvelous--seriously intense. But 4 flakes at a time???

Amazing!
All of your products are so fresh and flavorful! I love them all!

freshness
Love fresh, almost like green scent.

Excellent!
Great flavor! Grinding was difficult so I crushed the buds in my hands. I recently ordered the FinaMill and it works perfectly. Now I easily grind oregano buds over my salads and other dishes.

Great! It is a very delicate grind, which threw me off initially because other manufacturers have much more resistant turning mechanisms. That said, it has a nice flake and is very easy to grind!

Oregano buds
Great aroma. Grinding the buds was a new experience. Worth the effort in flavor.

Sauce success
Great flavor and aroma. Sauce for family get together. (Finally) was wonderful.
