Now available in a 6-, 9- or 12-pack. All ship free (within the US) in a beautiful gift box.

The 6 spice collection includes:

Silk Chili (1.8 oz. glass jar)
These summery and spicy Silk Chili come from Kahramanmaras, Turkey. Also known as marash pepper, the Silk Chili is botanically identical to the Aleppo pepper, which has been cultivated in Syria for centuries. They have a warm, tomato-like flavor and a medium heat, similar to Espelette and Korean chilis.

Wild Mountain Cumin (1.5 oz. glass jar)
Our Wild Mountain Cumin seeds are tiny, oblong and black with long stems, renowned in Afghanistan and throughout central and south Asia for their delicious flavor as well as their medicinal properties. They have a savory, penetrating aroma and bright, umami flavor evocative of grilled meats and sweet caramelized onions.

Smoked Pimentón Paprika (1.8 oz. glass jar)
Our smoked paprika is sourced from a single fabrica in Extremadura, a hot, dry region of western Spain. This deeply smoky, savory paprika is made from sweet red peppers dried over oak coals and it adds an incredible depth of flavor to any dish.

Flowering Hyssop Thyme (0.8 oz. glass jar)
Our Flowering Hyssop Thyme is a very special herb that is only grown in the Middle East, where it is the primary ingredient in the za'atar spice blend (sometimes spelled zaatar, za'tar or zatar), along with sumac and sesame seeds. It has an ancient history of culinary and medicinal usage, and it has has a beautiful floral, herbaceous flavor and aroma.

Wild Icelandic Kelp (2.5 oz. glass jar)
Harvested from the bottom of the frigid North Atlantic off the coast of Iceland, this wild oarweed kelp has a deep umami flavor and oceanic minerality, salty and briny. Perfect for adding depth, savoriness and body to soups, for finishing meat and seafood dishes or as a salt substitute.

Ground Laurel Bay Leaves (1.5 oz. glass jar)
Our ground Laurel Bay Leaf is a pure expression of the savory, herbal flavor of the bay leaf. Sourced from the rocky Mediterranean coastline of Turkey, then dried and ground into a powder, it's a versatile alternative to whole bay leaves.

The 9 spice collection also includes:

Herati Saffron (0.5 oz. jar)
Our saffron threads are pulled carefully from the flower, which leaves a characteristic flame-colored tail on each thread. That slight gradation in color is your assurance that our saffron is 100% pure and never dyed or otherwise adulterated. Our saffron threads are also uncommonly delicate, with a warm, honeyed fragrance reminiscent of dried roses and fresh hay.

Cloud Forest Cardamom (1.7 oz. glass jar)
Our cardamom is sweet and tart, reminiscent of summer fruits, fresh herbs and cut grass. The cardamom fruit turns yellow as it ripens and has a slightly softer, sweeter flavor than standard green cardamom, but is perfect in recipes that call for green cardamom.

Black Urfa Chili (1.8 oz. glass jar)
In southeastern Turkey, you'll find black Urfa chili (or its uncured red variety) on almost every table. It's delicious on kebabs and other grilled meats and veggies, cooked into stews and chilis, in salad dressings, sprinkled on fluffy scrambled eggs, and even mixed into brownies and other chocolate desserts for a little extra depth and a hint of heat.

The 12 spice collection also includes:

New Harvest Turmeric (1.9 oz. glass jar)
Our turmeric is grown organically in southern India by Dr. Salunhke, an expert farmer specializing in sustainable agricultural techniques. It has a sweet, floral flavor without the metallic bitterness found in lower quality turmeric, and is perfect for both sweet and savory applications.

Ea Sar Black Pepper (1.8 oz. grinder-top jar)
The Ea Sar Black Pepper is a combination of two heirloom pepper varieties, Vĩnh Linh (grown by Dūng) and Trâu Xanh (grown by Thanh). Together, the two types of sun-dried peppercorns hit a perfect balance of fragrance and flavor.

Turkish Oregano Buds (2.0 oz. grinder-top jar)
Our zesty, bright oregano buds come from Turkey, where they have to be picked by hand just before they open into oregano flowers. These tiny, pinecone-shaped buds have everything we love about oregano, but with a particularly beautiful spicy, hoppy twist. Crumble into salad dressings, sprinkle over pasta and pizza, use in roast chicken and meat marinades, or sneak them into your grilled cheese.

The flavor and aroma is like something I’ve never experienced with any other store bought spices. The glass jar looks great too!

Great customer service

I bought this as a gift for someone else, so I can’t comment on the quality of the spices. However, I had such a great experience with this company. They really went above and beyond to make sure the item got here when I needed it, and were very helpful. I’d definitely recommend them!

Great gift idea for home chefs

I ordered a few sets to gift over the holidays and the people in my life loved them, especially the ones who like experimenting in the kitchen and appreciate the origin stories of these products. I'm using a few myself and it's inspiring creativity in how and what I make these days.
