Our zesty and bright oregano buds come from Turkey, where they have to be picked by hand just before they open into oregano flowers. These tiny pine cone-shaped buds have everything we love about oregano, but with a particularly beautiful spicy, hoppy twist. Crumble into salad dressings, over pasta and pizza, roast chicken and meat marinades, or just sneak them into your grilled cheese. These buds will quickly become a pantry staple.

- Ingredients: 100% Oregano buds (Origanum vulgare)
- Tasting Notes: Wild Herbs • Hops • Black Pepper

I don’t want to support Turkey but this oregano is heavenly...this is nothing like the bitter, medicinal, twig-tasting oregano in the US. This is gorgeously soft but strong. Complex too, so it tastes like you used a couple of herbs. When I grind it, /everyone/ wants to come by and stick their nose in it. Definitely save yourself heartache and time and get the larger one.
