Our zesty, bright oregano buds come from Turkey, where they are picked by hand just before they open into oregano flowers. These tiny, pinecone-shaped buds have a spicy, hoppy twist. Crumble into salad dressings, sprinkle over pasta and pizza, use in roast chicken and meat marinades, or sneak them into your grilled cheese. These buds will quickly become a pantry staple.

OMG Oregano and Cumin
Cooking multiple meals daily for over a decade I thought I knew cumin and oregano. Turns out, I have only ever known a pale imitation of real oregano and cumin. Thank you, Burlap & Barrel, for introducing me to what the flavors are supposed to be! I look forward to getting to know more spices. Also, the vanilla is heavenly.
Beautiful and potent
By far the best tasting and most potent oregano I have cooked with!! And I love the silent grinder.
The Best Oregano you can Buy
In the winter I tend to use dried herbs on salads Burlap & Barrel oregano and mint are fantastic. The grinder that comes with the oregano is genius because it releases the essential oils. I rub the mint in my hands to do the same.
This stuff smelling and tastes amazing
Have tried it on homemade pizza and it really elevated the taste!
I love oregano on grilled cheese. Recently I put Burlap&Barrel Oregano Buds whole, as well as crushed by hand, onto my grilled cheese. The oregano was incredibly fragrant and delicious! signed, The Spiciest Woman in the Neighborhood
