Now that that's out of the way, we've got a mix for some incredibly soft and chewy snickerdoodle cookies. Oh, and they're vegan AND gluten-free.
We've partnered up with Renewal Mill and 5x James Beard Award–winning cookbook author Alice Medrich to put together this incredible cookie mix.
The secret is the okara flour, an upcycled, high-fiber, high protein, gluten-free flour made from soybean pulp generated during soymilk AND tofu production. Our Royal Cinnamon adds a sweet and spicy kick to the chewy cookies.
We've tested the mix again and again because, some days, work involves eating a lot of delicious cookies

So easy to make, smell delicious while baking and did not last my family loved them.
These cookies are addicting! You can make them very quickly by shaping the dough into a rectangle and cutting it into squares. Separate them and sprinkle the sugar/cinnamon on them. Experiment with shorter baking times to get a more moist texture. So good!
I was a bit skeptical about this cookie mix - I'm only adding oil and water - what about my browned butter? Gluten free - won't the texture be weird? Okara flour - what the heck?? Oh. My. Heavenly. Stars!!!! These are so, so, so good!! I can't remember eating a better snickerdoodle ever. Ev-er. The texture is perfection - very lightly crispy on the outside with a beautiful chewy texture inside, and the flavor -- that B&B cinnamon is everything. I can't believe there are no eggs and butter in these. Anyhoo, I went back and ordered 7 more bags. I have a friend who is vegan - check. Kids who live in college dorms but have access to an oven and a cookie sheet - check. Gluten avoiding sister - check. Me - check. I'll be back to get a bunch more for Christmas presents. Somebody needs to warn me if this collab comes to an end so I can stock up.
