10 oz Sfoglini Sun-Dried Tomato Ziti
1 ½ Tbsp Dill & Parsley blend
⅓ cup olive or avocado oil
Fresh tomatoes, chopped
Garlic, finely chopped
Optional add-ins: fresh basil, blanched asparagus, cooked protein
Cook pasta according to directions.
While the pasta is cooking, mix Dill & Parsley blend with oil.
Drain and rinse the pasta and add it to a large bowl.
To the pasta, add Dill & Parsley blend, garlic and tomatoes and any other add-ins, toss to combine.
Serve warm or as a cold pasta salad. Enjoy!
