Porchetta Style Pork Sausage
"You can use Tutto Porchetta to easily make fresh Italian style pork sausage at home. This simple sausage can be added to pastas and soups, used to make meatballs or meatloaf, dotted atop a pizza just before baking or shaped into patties and grilled for a decadent Porchetta burger."
1 lb freshly ground pork
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Tutto Porchetta
2 Tbsp white wine
¼ cup chopped parsley
¼ tsp Red Jalapeño Chili Flakes (optional)
In a bowl, using your hands, mix together the ground pork with all of the seasonings until evenly distributed. Refrigerate until ready to cook. Best used in 1-2 days.
