Black Lime Spiced Mushrooms
Your favorite mushrooms can be ready in just a few minutes — simply seasoned with citrusy black lime and sautéed to perfection in rich, melted butter.
One carton of mushrooms (your choice)
2 Tbsp butter
½-1 tsp ground Black Lime
Salt, to taste
Clean mushrooms and slice, halve or chop them as desired.
In a medium pan over medium heat, melt butter. Sauté mushrooms until golden brown and tender.
Adjust heat to low. Sprinkle black lime over mushrooms and continue to sauté gently for a minute or two.
Taste and adjust, and sprinkle with salt if desired.
