Gin-Tonic with Turkish Oregano Buds
2 oz St. George 'Terroir' Gin (notes of Douglas fir, California bay laurel, sage, and a hint of citrus)
6 oz Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic
1/2 tsp Burlap & Barrel Turkish Oregano Buds
1 Lime wedge
Pour gin and tonic over ice and stir.
Float the oregano buds on top, and garnish with the lime wedge.
