Take grillin' out to a whole new level with a not-so-basic burger sandwiched between brioche and topped with an over-easy egg.

Breakfast Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat of choice

  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tsp Grillin’ Out Steak Seasonin’

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 4 large eggs

  • 4 slices cheddar

  • 4 slices tomato

  • 4 pieces Bibb lettuce

  • Fully cooked bacon for topping

  • 4 brioche buns

Directions

  1. Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, Grillin’ Out spice blend, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly. Shape into four patties.

  2. Grill burgers, covered, on an oiled rack over medium heat until a thermometer reads 160°, or about 4-5 minutes on each side. Add cheese slices at the very end of cook time.

  3. In a skillet, add a bit of butter and cook the eggs over easy. Toast brioche buns on upper grill rack or in a dry skillet.

  4. Add burger to bun, top with bacon, egg, tomato and lettuce. Have your favorite hot sauce on hand to turn things up!
