2 Tbsp sherry vinegar

1 tsp Dijon mustard

6 Tbsp Umbrian Gold olive oil

½ tsp Diavolo seasoning (adjust to taste)

¼ tsp Chef’s Best Friend
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together the sherry vinegar, Dijon mustard, Diavolo seasoning, and Chef’s Best Friend.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking until the vinaigrette is fully emulsified.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
