"This creamy Eggnog has the classic flavors of an Irish coffee. We recommend Tullamore D.E.W. as the whiskey and the excellent cold brew liqueur Mr. Black.
Do not forget the nutmeg! Some garnishes are optional. Nutmeg on Eggnog is absolutely not – the nutmeg flavor specifically helps us recognize a drink as Eggnog rather than any old creamy drink."

Ingredients
3 ounces chilled eggnog base of choice
1 ounce Irish whiskey
½ ounce coffee liqueur

Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
4 large eggs
3 Tbsp granulated white sugar
1 cup whole milk
½ cup heavy cream

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

Eggnog Blender Base (makes about 20 ounces, or 4-6 drinks)
Directions

In a rocks glass, combine the ingredients and stir gently. Garnish with the grated nutmeg.
Eggnog Blender Base
In a blender, add the eggs and then the rest of the ingredients. Blend until they incorporate fully. Transfer to a sealable container or a bottle with a lid and chill thoroughly before serving.
