1/4 cup Icelandic Provisions Traditional Plain Skyr
6 to 9 flat anchovy fillets (from a 2-oz can)
Burlap & Barrel Wild Icelandic Kelp
Toast the bread to your liking.
Spread skyr generously on the toasted bread.
Arrange the anchovies on top of the skyr.
