Vindaloo Bean Soup

Ingredients
1/2 lb dry white beans
1 bunch spiring onions or 1 yellow onion, halved
2 Tbsp neutral oil
1 Tbsp Floyd Cardoz Vindaloo Masala
2 tsp Black Mineral Salt (or to taste)
Directions
Cook beans with onion(s) and oil in plenty of water until very soft, making sure to add water as necessary to make a good amount of bean broth.
Blend with an immersion blender or (carefully) in a blender in batches.
Add Vindaloo Masala and salt to taste.
