Ingredients

1 Tbsp butter

1 small onion, minced

¼ cup Panela Cane Sugar (or brown sugar)

¾ cup water
-
½ cup ketchup
-
1 Tbsp mustard
-
2 Tbsp honey wine or cider vinegar

2 Tbsp Sweet Mesquite BBQ
Directions
Sauté minced onion with butter in a small saucepan until soft.
Add Panela with a splash of water, stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on medium-low heat for 15-30 minutes until desired consistency.
