1 Tbsp Black Garlic

4 Tbsp French Onion Vinegar

1 tsp Sun-Dried Tomato Powder

2 tsp salt
1 egg
½ cup canola or grapeseed oil
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Mix the dried black garlic powder, tomato powder, and French onion vinegar in a small bowl and allow to hydrate for at least 1 hour.
Add to a blender along with the salt and egg, and blend thoroughly.
While blending, slowly incorporate the oil until emulsified, the mixture should have a mayonnaise consistency.
