Black Lime & Chili Salt Citrus Dressing/Marinade

Ingredients
1 tsp Black Lime & Chili Salt
juice of 1 lime (zest optional)
juice of 3 oranges (zest of 1 orange, optional)
handful of cilantro, washed
1/2 cup olive oil
2 1/2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1-2 cloves garlic (or 1/4-1/2 tsp Porcelain Garlic)
1/2-1 tsp honey or Cobanero Chili Hot Honey (optional for additional sweetness/sweet heat!)
Directions
Place all ingredients into blender, and blend until smooth. Use this as a dressing for your favorite green, vegetable or grain salad. Or, use it as a marinade for protein of choice (*recommend sprinkling a little additional Black Lime & Chili Salt on protein before cooking, or, to taste as a finishing salt).
Recipe Note
A few Ideas:
- spoon over green salad with grilled halloumi, fresh corn, tomato and red onion (shown here)
- marinate flank steak, pork or chicken thighs for a few hours before cooking
- top your favorite fish with a drizzle of dressing
- mix into a quinoa or chickpea salad
- add to grilled or fresh cut vegetables
