Ingredients
12 oz (341g) butter, softened
2 cups (400g) sugar
2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups (420g) AP flour
1 tsp (4g) baking powder
1 tsp (6g) fine salt

1 tsp (3g) Everything Brownie Sweet Seasoning

¼ cup (50g) sugar

Directions
Cream the butter and sugar on medium speed until fluffy and lightened in color, about 4-6 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, stopping the mixer and scraping down the sides between the two additions. Finish with the vanilla and mix until incorporated.
Mix in all the dry ingredients, stopping when no dry flour remains.
Mix 1 Tbsp of Everything Brownie Sweet Seasoning with ¼ cup (50g) of sugar.
Scoop the cookies into roughly 2 Tbsp size portions and roll in the brownie/sugar mixture.
Place on a parchment lined tray and bake at 375°F for 12-14 minutes or until the edge is just set.
