Cinnamon Sugar Crunch Oatmeal with Spiced Pecans

Ingredients
Pecans:

2 Tbsp salted butter, melted

1 Β½ tsp Cinnamon Sugar Crunch
-
Pinch of salt (optional)
-
1 cup pecan halves
Oatmeal:
-
2 cups water
-
ΒΌ tsp salt
-
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
-
1-2 tsp Cinnamon Sugar Crunch, to taste
-
A splash of milk of choice
-
A handful of blueberries (or your favorite fruit)
-
A small handful of spiced pecans
Directions
Pecans:
Preheat oven to 275Β°.
In a small bowl, combine butter, Cinnamon Sugar Crunch and salt. Add pecans and toss to coat.
Spread pecans in a single layer on a small baking sheet.
Bake for about 15 min, stirring halfway through, until pecans are fragrant and lightly toasted.
Let cool.
Oatmeal:
Combine water and salt in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Stir in oats and reduce heat to medium-low.
Cook for about 10 minutes (or to package directions), stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, stir in Cinnamon Sugar Crunch and a splash of milk. Top with blueberries, pecans, and an extra sprinkle of spices. Save the extra pecans for a snack!
