"If you love eggs, then youβre probably a fan of deviled eggs. Theyβre hand-held, can be made in advance, portable and found at almost every gathering! Theyβre also very forgiving and can be eaten plain or spiced up."

Ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs
-
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
-
1 Tbsp softened butter
-
Β½ Tbsp Purple Dulse Flakes
-
1 tsp Dijon mustard
-
ΒΌ tsp ground Fermented White Pepper
-
ΒΌ tsp Zanzibar Black Peppercorns

Β½ tsp pickle juice or vinegar

Β½ tsp white sugar (optional)
To Garnish:
Directions
Cut hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with all ingredients (except the egg whites and garnish ingredients) until smooth and creamy.
Fill egg white with the egg yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
Garnish generously with spices.
