This Gin-Tonic gets a herbaceous kick from our Turkish Oregano Buds.

Ingredients

2 oz St. George 'Terroir' Gin (notes of Douglas fir, California bay laurel, sage, and a hint of citrus)
-
6 oz Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic

½ tsp Burlap & Barrel Oregano Flower Buds
-
1 lime wedge
Directions
Pour gin and tonic over ice and stir.
Float the oregano buds on top, and garnish with the lime wedge.
