Grilled Pineapple with Amchur and Chili

Naturally sweet grilled pineapple gets an added boost of tanginess from amchur and heat from chili, all rounded out with a sprinkle of salt. Serve as a side to proteins, add to salad or salsa, or top with ice cream for dessert.
Ingredients

1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 8 even spears

1 ½ Tbsp olive oil

¼ tsp Alphonso Mango Amchur

Pinch-¼ tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder

Salt, to taste
Directions
Prepare grill to medium heat.
Mix oil and spices in a small bowl, then brush mixture evenly over pineapple. Salt to taste.
Grill 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown, being careful not to burn.
