Ingredients
ยฝ cup popcorn kernels
ยฝ cup canola oil

2 tsp Provenรงal Basil

Pinch Cobanero Chili (optional)

ยผ tsp fresh ground Zanzibar black peppercorns

ยฝ tsp salt
ยฝ cup nutritional yeast
Directions
Grind down all the spices aside from nutritional yeast in a mortar and pestle or spice grinder. Then add nutritional yeast to create a fine powder.
Heat oil in a medium pot on a medium high flame. Add a few kernels of popcorn and once they pop, add the rest.
Put a tight-fitting lid on the pot. After the popcorn has been popping rapidly and it starts to slow down to a pop every few seconds, turn the flame off. Quickly transfer the popcorn to a large bowl and toss with the spices. The amount of oil and the heat will help the spices stick to every kernel!
