Honey Hibiscus Spritz

1 oz AVW Hibiscus Honey Vinegar
½ oz gin
½ oz blood orange juice (regular is fine)
4 oz Rosé Prosecco (or another sparkling rosé)
1 oz soda water
1 ½ tsp clover honey
Combine vinegar, gin, blood orange juice and honey in a wine glass. Stir until honey is dissolved. Fill glass with ice. Top with icy cold Rosé Prosecco and soda water. Garnish with an orange slice.
