3-4 lbs chicken wings
1 Tbsp kosher salt

¼ cup unsalted butter

1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

For the wings:
Preheat your oven to 425°.
While the oven is heating, put your chicken wings in a large bowl, add the salt and kitchen pepper, and toss to coat. Arrange your wings on a cooling rack set in a sheet tray.
Roast in the oven for 45-50 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through.
For the glaze:
Make your glaze while you wait: In a saucepan, melt the butter. Once melted, whisk in the kitchen pepper, sorghum, and lemon juice.

Remove the wings from oven and put them in a large bowl. Toss the wings in the glaze; watch the people flock.
