Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup sugar
½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt
5 Tbsp melted butter or oil
1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
½ cup milk of choice
2 eggs

2 tsp Nyanza Vanilla Powder OR 2 tsp Nyanza Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Grease a muffin tin or standard loaf pan.
Whisk all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Melt butter, if using, and whisk all wet ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Mix wet and dry ingredients together in the large bowl.
Divide into muffin tins or spread into the loaf pan.
Bake for 27-30 minutes (muffins) or 50-60 minutes (loaf).
