Savory black garlic couples with smoky chili paste in this thick, sweet and tangy citrus-based dressing.

Squeeze juice from oranges. Place all ingredients, except olive oil, in a bowl. Let marinate for 24 hours.
Bring to a boil until reduced by half. Let cool.
Add the mixture into a blender. Blend at medium speed and gradually add the olive oil until you get a thick sauce.
