Make a batch of this complex but versatile blend to have on hand in your kitchen.

Ingredients

2 tsp Buffalo Ginger

2 tsp ground Cloud Forest Cardamom

2 tsp ground Grenada Gold Mace
-
1 tsp Cinnamon Verum (or Royal Cinnamon would work well, too)

1 tsp Sweet Allspice

1 tsp ground Red River Coriander
-
1 tsp ground Grenada Gold Nutmeg

1 tsp New Harvest Turmeric
-
Β½ tsp ground Robusta Black Peppercorns

Β½ tsp ground Fermented White Pepper

Β½ tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder

Β½ tsp ground Raki Anise Seeds

ΒΌ tsp ground Pemba Cloves
Directions
Whisk all the spices together until they are well-combined.
