A satisfying addition to your next meal, these fingerling potatoes are lightly coated with olive oil, salt, herbs and spices then roasted on a sheet pan until a perfectly golden, crispy bite is achieved.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Rinse, dry, and cut potatoes in half.
In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes, onion, garlic, and olive oil, tossing until fully coated. Add in both Riviera spice mix and Chef’s Best Friend spice mix, and toss until fully mixed.
Transfer the potatoes to a greased sheet pan, and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
