6 cups thinly sliced, peeled apples (about 5–6 medium)
-
¾ cup sugar
-
2 Tbsp flour
-
1 tsp Royal Cinnamon

½ tsp Ground Grenada Gold Nutmeg

½ tsp Sweet Allspice

¼ tsp Ground Cloud Forest Cardamom

½ cup Panela Sugar

½ cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes

Pinch of salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Toss apples with sugar, flour, spices and lemon juice. Spoon into prepared pie crust.
In a separate bowl, rub flour, brown sugar, butter and salt together with your fingertips until large crumbs form. Scatter evenly over apples.
Optional: roll an extra strip of dough and braid it, then gently press it along the outer edge of the crust for a decorative border.
Bake 15 minutes at 425°F, then lower heat to 350°F and bake 35–40 minutes more, until the crumble is golden and the filling bubbles.
Cool at least 1 hour before slicing.
