This dip has it all: it's sour, salty, spicy and smoky, with a savoriness that makes it incredibly craveable. It's fantastic with raw vegetables, on breads, as a thick salad dressing or as a sauce for proteins. For a vegan version, use silken tofu instead of yogurt.

Ingredients
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp. Black Lime
1 tsp. Smoked Black Cardamom
1/2 - 1 tsp. Kashmiri Chili (to taste)
1/4 - 1/2 tsp Black Mineral Salt
Directions
Whisk together all ingredients, taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
