Spicy Chili Chickpea Wrap

"Add pickles or relish if you want an extra pop of flavor, and use a little more chili powder if you like it extra spicy!"
Ingredients

1 large flour tortilla

2 large lettuce leaves

ΒΎ c cooked chickpeas

1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil or mayo
-
1 tsp Low & Slow Chili Powder

1 Tbsp sour cream
-
3 slices avocado
-
1 Tbsp minced red onions or pickles
Directions
Place lettuce just below the center of the tortilla, then top with chickpeas, oil or mayo and chili powder. Mash chickpeas light with a fork, then top with sour cream, sliced avocado, red onions or pickles.
Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, then tuck in the sides of the tortilla and begin rolling towards the top to close the wrap.
