Sticky Harissa Wings

"These sweet, spicy, sticky-icky wings are finger-licking delicious! This recipe uses wings, but you can definitely use the sauce for other types of protein such as shrimp, steak, tofu and even chickpeas."

Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings (or other protein, see note above)

4 Tbsp Rose Cardamom Harissa paste

2-3 Tbsp oil of choice

2 Tbsp balsamic glaze

2 Tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp salt

1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Bake or deep-fry the wings until golden brown.
Combine all the marinade ingredients into a bowl and mix until thick.
Once the chicken wings are cooked through, throw them into the bowl while they are still hot. Toss and mix into the sauce until well coated. Allow them to sit for a few minutes before digging in.
Enjoy on its own or with your favorite dip!
