"Sprinkle the Sumac Lemon Pepper Blend over a salad, it is also great on steamed broccoli! Use 1/4 cup of dressing to quick pickle 1/4 of a thinly sliced red onion. And Enjoy!"
Ingredients
Sumac Lemon Pepper Vinaigrette:

3 Tbsp red wine vinegar

2 Tbsp olive oil
-
1 Tbsp Sumac Lemon Pepper
-
1 Tbsp maple syrup
-
1 tsp Dijon mustard
-
1 tsp Purple Shallot Slices

Β½ tsp salt
Quick Pickled Red Onions (no cook):

ΒΌ medium red onion
-
ΒΌ cup Sumac Lemon Pepper Vinaigrette
Directions
Sumac Lemon Pepper Vinaigrette:
Mix together and pour over the salad greens of your choice. Try with fresh dill, tomato, cucumber and avocado.
Quick Pickled Red Onions (no cook):
Soak ΒΌ of a thinly sliced red onion in Sumac Lemon Pepper Vinaigrette (*Dijon and shallots optional)
Let sit while you prepare your salad, or make ahead and refrigerate, to top your salads, bowls and hummus dips with quick pickled red onions.
