Combine meat/meat alternative and bell pepper, add spices and oil, mix very well.
Put the kebab meat onto skewers. Use water to keep it from sticking to your hands.
Place the skewers on a charcoal grill and cook for 12–15 minutes. While grilling, flip every few minutes.
