"Smooth and dreamy, this upgraded dalgona drink uses light Amber Woodland Honey and a touch of cardamom (or vanilla) extract for a beautifully refreshing cup of iced coffee. For a deeper flavor twist, substitute some of the Amber Honey for Dark Honey."

Ingredients
20 grams instant coffee or espresso

250 grams of Amber Woodland Honey
50 ml hot water

Cardamom or Vanilla Extract (optional), to taste
Milk or milk alternative, to taste
Ice
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer, whip the honey until it turns to a lighter, creamy color.
In a separate heat-safe glass or jar, bloom the instant coffee with hot water and add in a few drops extract of your choice. Add coffee mixture to the honey and continue whipping for 5 minutes, until the honey becomes nice and fluffy.
Fill your glass with ice and milk. Top with some whipped honey and stir to combine. ENJOY!!
This makes enough for 4 servings. Store unused whipped honey in a closed container in the refrigerator.
