Whipped Honey “Punkin” Spice Dalgona Coffee

Ingredients

½-1 Tbsp instant coffee

1 Tbsp honey

3 Tbsp hot water

2 tsp Toasted Pepita Pumpkin Spice

1 ½ cups milk of your choice
Whipped Honey Coffee Fluff
Directions
Bring milk and two teaspoons of Toasted Pepita Pumpkin Spice to low heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
After ten minutes remove from heat and let steep until cool.
Strain through cheese cloth if you don’t want sediment in the bottom of your cup.
Once the milk has cooled, whisk the coffee mixture: Combine the instant coffee, honey, and hot water in a bowl. Whisk vigorously using a milk frother for about 2-4 minutes, or until the mixture becomes thick and frothy.
Fill Your Glass: Add lots of ice to a tall glass. Pour your milk of choice over the ice, filling the glass about three-quarters full.
Top with Coffee Foam: Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the milk. Use a spoon or straw to swirl gently if desired.
