Keep this versatile blend on hand to use on chicken, fish, tofu or a medley of roasted root vegetables.
Ingredients

1 Tbsp Purple Stripe Garlic

2 tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder

2 tsp Flowering Hyssop Thyme

2 tsp Wild Ramps

2 tsp Oregano Flower Buds

2 tsp sugar

2 tsp Salina Crystal Salt

2 tsp Noble Sweet Paprika

1 tsp Sweet Allspice

1 tsp Robusta Black Peppercorns, ground

1 tsp ground Caribbean Bay Leaves

Β½ tsp Buffalo Ginger

Directions
Blend all the seasonings in a mixing bowl and store in an airtight container. Use for making marinades, or to season or use as rubs for meats, fish or vegetables for making jerk dishes.
