Protein Strawberry Soft Serve with Spiced Sprinkles

"A high-protein, low-sugar soft serve that doubles as breakfast. Topped with rose-kissed sprinkles for a little magic."

Ingredients

1 cup frozen strawberries (fresh works too; see notes)

1 scoop strawberry protein powder

1 cup cashew milk (sub raw milk or coconut milk)

1 tsp vanilla bean powder

Pinch of sea salt

1 heaping spoon honey

Directions
Ninja Creami Method:
Blend the base: Add strawberries, protein powder, cashew milk, vanilla bean powder, sea salt, and honey to a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth.
Freeze: Pour into a Ninja Creami pint container. Freeze overnight (12β24 hours) on a level surface.
Creamify: Process on Fruit Whip (or Sorbet / Lite Ice Cream depending on your model). Scrape down the sides if needed and respin once for ultra-creamy texture.
Serve: Process as soft serve.
Finish: Shower with Rose Petal Spiced Sprinkles and enjoy.

ALTERNATIVE METHODS
Blender Soft Serve (right now):
Use frozen strawberries and reduce the milk to ΒΎ cup for a thicker texture.
Blend, stopping to tamp down as needed, until scoopable.
Enjoy immediately with Spiced Sprinkles.
Food Processor Sorbet:
Pulse frozen strawberries with the dry ingredients first.
Stream in the milk + honey until it turns into a soft, creamy βnice cream.β
Scoop and sprinkle.
NOTES & SWAPS
Fresh berries?: Hull and freeze on a sheet pan for 2β3 hours before blending, or add a handful of ice and use the Blender method.
Sweetness: Protein powders varyβtaste the base and add more honey if you like.
Dairy-free: Use coconut milk for a richer, dairy-free version.
Protein boost: Add Β½ scoop extra protein and 1β2 tablespoons more milk to balance thickness.
Make-ahead: The Creami base keeps in the freezer for up to 2 weeks; respin before serving.
