Crafted in collaboration with Oso Cacao, this Guajillo Chili & Royal Cinnamon Chocolate Bar pays homage to Mexico, the birthplace of cacao. Fruity guajillo chili brings low, lingering heat, while our Royal Cinnamon adds natural sweetness and warm spice. Together, they create a chocolate that is layered, vibrant and deeply satisfying.
The bar begins with single-origin cacao from Tabasco, Mexico, blended with our Panela Cane Sugar for a subtle molasses crunch and rounded sweetness. Royal Cinnamon’s spicy, sweetness balances the gentle fruitiness of guajillo, creating a flavor profile that feels both traditional and fresh.
