Spicy & smoky rub
Flavor was excellent used as a dry rub on ribs.
This is wonderful; rich and deeply flavored.
We loved this. Mixed it with sea salt and dark brown sugar. We had a thick New York strip so I was heavy handed and let it sit for 30 minutes. My husband said to please remember what I put in the mix this time. Easy! Burlap and Barrel did all the work. This will be in our normal routine. I want to try it on grilled portobellos, chicken, and even sweet potatoes. Highly recommend.
Little pricey but well worth the flavor. A little goes a long way.
