Anjali's Haldi Doodh Masala brings the beautifully fragrant flavors of warming drinks to your kitchen. It's made by Anjali Bhargava using our single origin spices and her family recipes.
Anjali explains the story behind Ma's Haldi Doodh Masala:
"This golden milk mix celebrates the millennia-old, go-to remedy of Indian moms (haldi doodh, or turmeric milk) and was inspired by my own mother, Usha Bhargava. Using Burlap & Barrel’s single origin spices and following Usha’s traditional yet unique recipe, Ma’s Haldi Doodh Masala provides a spirited and flavorful blend specifically crafted to mix with any milk." We love it as a nightcap, or even stirred into yogurt marinades.

ABOUT ANJALI'S CUP
We first met Anjali Bhargava several years ago at an event for startup food company founders in 2017 and got to try her beautiful turmeric-based drinks.
Anjali's been tinkering with her family's chai masala recipe since she was old enough to stand over the stove. We collaborated on a version that combines the Hawaiian turmeric that Anjali sources for her drinks with our spices, including a good helping of saffron, and the result was magical. We followed up with her spectactular haldi doodh masala a few years later.
Anjali's Cup's mission is to empower you to make every day better with healthy and delicious products that are easy to enjoy. Careful sourcing, minimal processing and the alchemy of well-balanced ingredients are integral to everything they do.
