Sambal is a blend of fresh chilis, aromatics and spices that tastes hot, tangy, sweet and savory — it's the perfect condiment! Using a family recipe and our spices, Auria created this mango sambal with a delicate Cobanero chili heat and zesty notes from fresh lime and Alphonso Mango Amchur.
Use as a topping or ingredient to add bold Malaysian flavor to any recipe.
Ingredients
Fresh mango, fresh chilies, canola oil, Alphonso Mango Amchur, garlic, lime juice, Cobanero Chili Flakes, salt, cane sugar
Made in a facility that processes soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, milk and eggs

- Spice up stir-fries
- Mix into mayonnaise or ketchup for a spicy sandwich spread. Also great in grilled cheese sandwiches
- Add to soups, stews and casseroles
