This spiced dried fruit, made in collaboration with Ziba, is a blend of Afghan kishmish raisins, sun-dried figs, and wild purple mulberries, all grown in Afghanistan and spiced with our Wild Mountain Cumin, Royal Cinnamon and Cloud Forest Cardamom. It makes a sweet and savory addition to a cheese and/or charcuterie plate, or sprinkled on top of salads or cooked grains. It’s also the perfect snack for a spring hike or picnic.
We partnered with Ziba, who works directly with smallholder farmers and foragers and pays a fair wage, in advance, for the best fruits.
