Meaning "spice" in Farsi, Persian Advieh is a warm, rich blend with fragrant notes from cinnamon, cumin, rose petals and cardamom. Combine it with turmeric in traditional Iranian stews and braises, season meats and fish, or sprinkle lightly into polo and aush for added fragrance and flavor. We made this blend in collaboration with our friend Chef Behzad Jamshidi of Moosh.
